Paint it up however you like - it's not metroid. It's a fan-made total conversion of some other game. I have nothing against story in my metroid games, but this is not how it should be done.

Khaki shorts, tennis shoes, a t-shirt and a light jacket. Good until you have a foot of snow. Maybe a hat and coat for those -10 windchill days - depends on how long you are going to be outside. Hell barefoot works for a few minutes if the snow is deep.
