I agree with you on all these points. But this site is pretty bad, it has Oregon “considering” lots of “bad laws” but in reality its just a few people trying putting up legislation which has a snowballs chance in hell of passing. So its pretty misleading.

I think it’s still safe to say that you’re not a policy analyst and have roughly the same qualifications for determining what is and isn’t a terrible piece of legislation as that guy who hangs out in government center telling everyone that the squirrels are spying on us using the CIA.
