Right there with you on the last part. 10 years ago I was doing art constantly and ended up with the usual problems of posting your work online, its a popularity contest. So I stopped posting stuff as often but slowly also just started making less. I still do make stuff, just gone from weekly to yearly some times. But…

You put the money grubbing park manager in charge of the creatives who he cannot understand, respect or value. Anyone can be replaced, we can always charge more, and they’ll keep showing up is not a great philosophy for that company. 

It does make sense that they would have the most to lose, as they might not have the freedom to leave the job and maintain their visa.

I don't see how getting entire teams that manage critical systems to self select out of the company is a good plan in any way. 

Smart move but I think the first four episodes would really drive home to non subscribers how good this show is.  It was a bit of a slow burn in eps 1&2 and not until Luthen meets Cassian that it really kicks into high gear.  Ep 3 & 4 complete the first mini story and do so with a bang.
