You have to factor in the basic standard level of American Asshole-ism where doing anything that could have a benefit for anyone but yourself means you’re giving up your freedom and the commies win, so basic social contract constructs like a round-about are fairly untenable for your average everyday American.

With this show, I’m kinda glad to hear there’s less “mystery”. I really like WV, and the slow reveal worked there with it’s story, but by episode 4-5, I was starting to get a “Lost” feel in that questions just lead to more questions instead of questions leading to answers (which they eventually did...later).

Kinja have some new(ish) *feature* that strips html code from links posted into comments. This breaks the comments and causes all kinds of weird formatting shit to happen breaking sentences and generally making us all consider why we still bother posting here...
