Through the years, I’ve found it hard to explain how a straight male that looks the way I do (covered in tats, built like a beer keg) can love the Gilmore Girls as much as I do. Whenever people come over and see that I have the box set in my collection, I get awkward sideways glances.

I'm with ya. I'm 44 and I recently went to see Thrice by myself and I've never felt so old. It's weird to see all these young kids going to see a band I've been listening to for almost 20 years.

My favorite line that Kojak ever delivered – “If I wanted you to stand up I woulda whistled the National Anthem.”

What's the deal with the razors? They act like men are going broke buying them. I buy a bag of disposables for 5 bones and they'll last me six months.

I've spent many a weekend drinking Miller High Life listening to ZZ Top.

Love Phil Hendrie.

Folksy? Are you high?

I like to think that in 20 years people will be talking about how funny it is.

Our hero looks around and realizes he's the only one in the room that liked Year One. He sheepishly backs out with his head down.

Not sure how I missed that. They only made the one episode. Found it on YouTube… Hagar is voiced by Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime).

GET! OUT!
*Shoves Ben Grimm against Jerry's apartment wall*

Yes.

How come Hagar the Horrible doesn’t get any animated / live action love?

Yeah, like I can choose between Raising Arizona, Fargo, The Big Lebowski and No Country for Old Men.

Raiders of the Lost Ark
Pulp Fiction
Jaws
Goodfellas
The Coen brothers

He’s not very good with adjectives. Like this tweet: “Interesting to watch Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut talking about hoax Russian collusion when he was a phony Vietnam con artist!” He’s using the adjective phony to describe the noun con artist. If the con artist is phony, then he’s not a real con

My favorite reply was from Ricky Gervais -

*Giggle* Then I hope you get the joke. It’s become way trendy for people to profess their love for the show. It’s the continued appropriation of nerd culture.

Then it’s 1982 and you’re watching it in your mom’s basement on a black and white 12 inch TV because PBS is one of the only channels you can pick up with rabbit ears.
