Seriously? In my experience most people refer to the whole place as Niagara Falls. Then simply the Canadian or American sides.

Niagara Falls is the name that is used to refer to all three falls, Horseshoe Falls (which is almost entirely, but not completely Canadian), American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls which are both on the US side.
