Thank you for this. As it happened I was at a lecture about wolves amd their importance in the ecosystem yesterday and the presenter pointed out that negative attitudes about wolves are a holdover from European settlers.

Do you even under stand the trophic cascade brah? When we reintroduced wolves everything from bears to foxes to voles to otters and beavers and salmoln the quality of the water improved. We got rid of them because Europeans brought their fear and attitude about the wolf with them.
