The music in that trailer in particular wasn’t pleasing and repetitive.

Bah FFVII was the reason most people even discovered FFVI. It was only because final fantasy 7 became so popular, then it began to accumulate haters who needed to pick another FF to throw shade. Now FF6 is getting too much shine and will eventually be dismissed by hipsters for another FF.
