Awful, awful answers. The VW is about as far away in style as the cars the writer mentioned. The miata is too modern and tougher to work on. The other three are closer, but doesnt sound like they want benz or a 70s datsun Z based on the letter.

I think both Hagerty and the seller are way, way overpriced on that Supra. The only Toyota that’s worth that much coin, and I would buy it if I could, is the Toyota Century GRMN (Gazoo Racing tuned by the Meister of Nurburgring).

It’s too bad that a whole 1970 MY wagon roof, from A to C pillars wasn’t used to create this thing, instead of using a wagon roof, C pillar to back, grafted behind the factory sedan roof. It would have had a more factory look as opposed to a “Bad Chad” customs look. Its a nice $10K custom, but not a near $40K custom.

I reposition mine a lot especially on long drives. I single hand steer but I reposition it in order to avoid cramps in my arm but I am also tall with a bad back.
