The Antebellum South included Maryland, Delaware, Kentucky, and Missouri. The Confederacy included none of those things and lost West Virginia. The Postwar South was deemed roughly the same.

Richmond was literally the capital of the confederacy. Anyone who says that Virginia is not the south, especially in Civil War terms is dumb.

How can it not be better, especially in this market, to pay the cost to repair this before selling it?
