Hurr, durr, TCS, Stability Controll Systems, ABS, etc.

The first gen dash definitely seems like it doesn't slope down and toward you as much as the second. That might be part of it.

The moonroof point is likely a valid one (haven't driven one with it). I made the mazda3 suggestion and mine lacks that option, for which I should probably be thankful at 6'5".

Lower the seat an slide it back. I'm 6'5" and my seat is as low as it goes (standard practice in pretty much any car for me) and 2 0r 3 notches from being all the way back.

I made the suggestion, I'm 6'5"...

Mazda3. My brother is a couple of inches taller than that reader's son and he fits in mine (hatch of-course) with room to spare. It doesn't leave much for a passenger behind him but that wasn't part of the question. :)

Another issue. You overstate the the discounts on refurbished Apple products. The typical discount is ~10%. Anything more is for outdated hardware, a refresh/generation or two behind.

"By always buying new electronics, we contribute to the costly and polluting processes that go into mining all those precious metals. It's a small step, but buying refurbs is a much greener way to enjoy the latest tech."

I actually hadn't seen that on Jalopnik yet, believe that as you will. I just logged in to answer the QOTD and chose the F-Type as it is pretty universally known for being quite loud. Simple as that.

Huh? I picked an obvious answer and got here first, as is often important with QOTD posts, what's the problem?

Rental car, by the same logic that it is also the fastest car in the world.

Haha, well played.

Did you know that cat's use their tails to balance while walking as well as when in the air?

Within the rules at the time...

That's par for the course in F1; they are meant to push the boundaries so none of those qualify as most controversial, in my opinion.

Salginatobel Bridge

Cool story though. I'd love to have a similar opportunity one day.
