I play regularly, but I'm also not a 'regular' Destiny player. I work 60+ hours a week at two jobs, plus family. Which means I have maybe 3-4 hours tops a week to play video games. Since Sept 9, all my gaming time is Destiny. So I don't get frustration with grinding or loot issues or RNG shenanigans or Crucible/IB

Oh, granted with the size. But the accuracy is definitely more refined. And yes, the USPTO mentioned that it's not a majority that's needed for offense, just a sizable composite. Which they believe was proven by the plaintiffs.

Of course, there's one missing element from this experiment: non-chain game stores. Whether you're talking The Exchange in Pittsburgh, 8-Bit and Up in Manhattan, or Game Over Video Games in Austin, many locally-based "mom & pop" shops offer higher values and a more customizable experience than any of the chains are
