I’ve yet to encounter the blood moon glitch in over 120 hrs of gameplay. Seems like it triggers evey 5 game days, or when you clear out a bunch of enimies. You can also talk to someone at dueling peaks stable and he will tell you if a bloodmoon is coming that night.

What’s so hard about this mission? Got through it the 1st time in about 10 mins. You can stay really far back, I was easily 100 ft behind him in the game, and spot where he is when his “text bubble” pops up...Not that hard or frustrating to me.
