Junior actually said: "I'm about to make it RAIN in the comic book store." The emphasis made it funny.

I was never spanked with a Hot Wheels track, but I think my cousin was. When the track appeared, my partner said: "Really? Is that a thing?". I explained that sometimes black parents pick up the first thing they see to spank (extension cord, belt, Hot Wheels track). The expression on his face said it all.

"The Simpsons" is not the only sit-com where the father transformed from gruff to to dumb: Archie Bunker & Al Bundy started that way also in early "All in the Family" and "Married with Children" episodes.

Don't forget "Satisfaction".

Bewitched trivia: George Tobias, the veteran character actor who played Abner Kravitz, once babysat Sandra Gould (Mrs. Kravitz).

I know it's already been posted, but: YONKERS! YONKERS! YONKERS! That is all.

The second Mrs. Kravitz (Alice Pearce was the first).

Did someone say pantless Chris Pratt? Where ever that is, I'm there.
