Watching episodes of the first season of Hill Street Blues (which you an find on Youtube). Pretty great. Some of it is a little dated. A few of the characters (Belker, I'm looking at you) are a little over the top but half way into the season they are toned down a little. Its 30 years old but it is still pretty

"Will Graham is the only one on the show who seems unsure of what he would do if he came across Hannibal."

Yes. It is a great show. It very unique. Hell… it comes from the mind of Bryan Fuller (Wonderfalls, Pushing Daisies). Its dark and disturbing, smart and insane, disgusting and one of the most beautiful shows on TV.

I think i read somewhere that yes, its going where you think its going.

He undid what Hannibal did.

Is that a new store? Zombies R Us?

Throw one more "fuck" in there and you might have 'em.

MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE AND DAUGHTER! DON"T GO TO THE PLANE! GET TO THE CHOPPA!

Fine. it was unique.

It was awesome. One of the most unique shows on TV.

Well… the teacup just shattered. Fuck you NBC. Thank you for keeping it on for as long as you did. But fuck you.

Eat the Rudecast is great. Also check out This is Our Design.

He just saw his girlfriend's dick

What's he running away from? The spinoff?

Wow. The Academy Awards sucked even back then.

In the book yeah. But Bryan Fuller is striping Hannibal Rising for parts and is going to tell his own Hannibal back story without using flashbacks or anything like that. We get to know Hannibal through people from his past.

I loved this episode.

I don't know if its "becoming Hannibal to catch him." To me its more like "get to know Hannibal on a much deeper, you could say intimate, level to catch him."

The whole Mischa stuff comes from Hannibal Rising which is considered the worst Hannibal Lecter book. I haven't read it, and i don't plan to, but from what Bryan Fuller has said in interviews, he has completely stripped that novel to just the bare parts and is retelling Hannibal's past in his own way. So it may be

Will Graham knows Hannibal intimately.
OK Bryan Fuller. Now you're just playing with us.
