To be clear, SOMEBODY should be moderating them...

Being arrested is not the same as being charged and there is no evidence that has been provided that raises this to the felony level Majors is facing.

...rather than depicting her “completely unharmed,” actually “shows Ms. Jabbari visibly upset, crying, and seeking help from strangers to get an Uber cab home.”

A “complete disruption in healthcare”? No, it didn’t.

An election protest is not an insurrection. Objecting to an election result is not treason. If either was true, the entire Democratic Party would have been in the dock decades ago.

...he rails against the imagined economic detriments of abortion, pushing his caucus’ outlandish claim that by depleting a hypothetical workforce, abortion has defunded social security...

If abortion can be reversed, then what happened to the fetus right after the abortion? Is it still in there, injured but not quite dead? Does it continue to develop in some fucked up way before it fully dies? The implications are terrifying and gross if abortions are reversible, which is exactly what they want you

1) Wishful thinking— they so want to believe it’s possible that they’re trying to will it into existence;

Not all precedents are worth preserving. If they were, we’d still have segregated schools.  Of course, the Constitution is the ultimate precedent, so overturning a later Court decision which violates the Constitution ultimately restores the original precedent of Constitutional fidelity.

These two statements are not necessarily related.  Has it not occurred to you that Spears merits his criticism?

They want to “turn back the clock” to the year 2000?  Why that’s the Dark Ages!
