I got up to the git cloning step but it sadi i cloned an empty repository. I can’t do step 10 because that file doesn’t exist. (The repository is empty). Any ideas?

It said it couldn’t resolve the host address?

Hi Thorin. Im up to step 3 with the wget command and it says there was a temporary failure in name resolution and that it was unable to resolve host address. I’m using the Adafruit 2.8" touchscreen on an rpi 3. ANy ideas how to fix this? Thanks.
