Had the motherboard replaced twice in my “smart” washer. It was a top-load washer with a glass lid, presumably to see that it was actually working. Bought the biggest and baddest things we could find at the time because I have four boys and then, they were between the ages of 3 and 14, so we needed a washer basket…

My family and I moved from Colorado to New York state and property taxes qyuadrupled. I never paid more than $2,000 in CO; they’re $8,000 plus where I’m at now. And for what?
