It runs legacy apps because it's the same-old operating system with a new skin, nothing more. Instead it should be a completely new operating system with some sort of virtual machine to run legacy apps, kind of what Mac's Rosetta does.

The interface is nice, but I read FAILURE on its virtual forehead. To do something like this you'd have to build a new platform and let people run legacy apps on it (you know, like Windows Mobile 7 and Mac OS X did), not the opposite. If you don't, it will just feel like a new cover... like every other Windows

Oh, yes, thank you. Microsoft Security Essentials is one of the best I've ever tried, it's almost hidden. So hidden that my sister installed a crappy and obnoxious lite version of Norton Antivirus on top of it believing she didn't have any antivirus installed.

I partly agree, street view is better for real-world use, although it's uselessly slow and it's not as smooth, transitions are always messy.

What? I'm using Mac/Chrome and I can see it =/

The only reason to use this method is for big files or many files in a hurry.

Vote: Apple TV

You need to use the "vote: apple tv" format to have your vote counted

Edit: I misread the message

Via symlinks you should be able to use the same iTunes library in both profiles, as long as you close iTunes before switching profile.

I just tried Opera on the iPad hoping for an improvement... sure it's fast but it's like using websites with IE6. Broken here and there, no animations, etc.

Opera Mini's browsing experience is not even comparable to Safari Mobile. This lets you use your preferred app and still save bandwidth

You forgot to mention why the iPhone is not "every GSM phone in the planet". Oh, no, I think you did: they do things differently, and apparently it's working pretty well for them.

Viewing copyright-protected content without having bought the right to might not become a felony, but it's still illegal.

This needs more bacon

No one sane of mind ruins art.

I think steve job is a pretty cool guy. eh makes apples and doesn't afraid of anything

Yo, sorry to interrupt, but I'm sure you know that's incorrect. You should know Macs support all those OSs and they are used by the brightest creatives in the world to deliver a lot of what you see around you, including movies, TV shows, ads, the sticker you just bought, etc, etc.
