This service basically looks like a copy of http://geekaphone.com/, except the latter *also* allows you to see a single phone and generally looks better. Its sister website http://snapsort.com/ is for comparing cameras. They are both pretty amazing.

I… don't think that's a problem, unless you're using some weird app to do it. Any OS should be smart enough to cache a scaled+cropped picture the moment you set it as the wallpaper. AFAIK even icons are cached.

Have they considered switching to Geic… errr… tablets? That could save them a bit in the long run and might make them look more modern.

Ask North Korea, they might have a tool to do that.
