Ah - then I have been misinformed. It was always my understanding that most of the time, people don't *just* get Sjögren's - that usually it comes with Lupus. But, again, I thought that Sjögren's didn't stand on it's own, so to speak.

Nope - that's secondary. She's probably got systemic lupus (SLE), and the Sjogren's is part of that. Usually, people with Sjogrens have problems producing moisture - in their eyes, their mouth - even their own natural lubrication suffers, if you catch my drift.

Just out of morbid curiosity: when you stopped taking the BCP, did your breasts shrink back to their normal size?
