That seems really common among people my age in the UK. In the States, the Amiga never made much headway in the market, and was pretty much dead by 1991. They were way too expensive.

It’s a damn shame the Amiga never caught on in the States; there were so many great games for it. I still have an A2500 set up in my basement, though these days, it’s even odds as to whether it’ll boot up.

I was dumb enough to buy Destiny 2 at full price. I want to hurt that game, but I can never hurt it the way it hurt me.

You can train an adult dog to do that, too. I got a husky at three years old who would try to stick his snout in the bowl before I’d even finished putting it down. It didn’t take long to train him out of that habit, and into waiting for me to give the go-ahead before he could eat. 

I love the smirk he flashes at the end of that line.
