a month or so back, i saw a guy in a 90s post-fox body mustang with a bunch of hoonagan stickers on it come to a stop and do a burnout in front of hobby lobby. like, who is that burnout for, my guy? i was the only person who saw it, and i don’t think the good christians at hobby lobby will do anything except fund isis

black rifle can eat my whole ass with their giant “SS” bags of coffee, but knowing nothing about pit viper’s product, they genuinely appear to be anti-fascist and donate to SPLC when nazis are spotted wearing their gear, so that’s kinda cool?

My first time driving a car was my mom’s third-generation Honda Civic. She wasn’t too pleased as I wasn’t yet in school and I drove it through her sister’s fence and into their above-ground pool, but that car was so great a four-year-old could drive it!

My girlfriend drives a quad-cab Ram with some sort of short bed (five feet maybe?) and it doesn’t fit in the garage of her newly-constructed rental house. I guess your brodozer doesn’t get to go inside with the civilized cars *tut tuts*

cops can turn off their body cams and obstruct their car cams. they aren’t trustworthy and shouldn’t be trusted to even do the basic stuff they’re required to do by policy or statute. why? because they don’t do what they’re supposed to do already.

As a NH native, it’s because we have a pretty pricy (9.5%? IIRC?) tax on restaurants and lodging and tourism is our top industry. Basically: soak the tourists.

Because of circumstances (family was broke and it was the car we had in the driveway), I learned to drive on a late 1980s S10 with no power steering and a manual transmission. There was a big ole power transformer at at T intersection into an alley behind the house that I had to go on to get onto the street, I had to

Glad I bought the winning Powerball ticket today because I know the first car build I’m gonna commission now.

I’ve had a couple each R52 and R56 Minis and that was plenty of car for me. Definitely not as tiny as the OG, but still sufficiently small on the highways of America where people commute in trucks that probably couldn’t see me in front of them if we were bumper to bumper.

My dad had a 1970s something Fiat Spider for a few years. I spent hours in the garage pretending to drive it but never did get a ride in it because of its wiring issues. I’d say the wiring was haunted, but I think it was just ~*~*~sPoOkY iTaLiAn BuIlD qUaLiTy ~*~*~ from the era. He sold it at some point and it left on

Absolutely. I have a Series S precisely because I could find one at retail without having to line up digitally or IRL. I’m not interested in jumping through hoops for consoles, so I’ll wait until I can buy an X and then sell my S or give it to a buddy.

Re: Slap Shot, you probably shouldn’t call athletes “overpaid” lol. They’re performing labor and get a fraction of the money ownership does. If anything, athletes should be paid (and taxed!) more.

Oh boy, the Dick Nixon/Donald Trump route of “my secret plan will be revealed when I’m elected.” Can’t wait for the fine people from Great Britain to really take that in fully as it worked out fantastically here in the U.S. with two of our finest and most inscrutable elected officials.

I don’t think the Madden players really are clamoring for anything but an NFL sports game without major bugs at this point. EA is just taking the same turd and rolling it in glitter and somehow making it worse than previous versions for having done so.

Shoot, ditto for New England as well. I’m re-watching 30 Rock currently and hearing Julianne Moore say “Waltham” is...trying.

I’ve had four Minis. I also, weirdly enough, have a 27" inseam. I’m also six feet tall lmao. I’m built like a gorilla. I’ve loved every Mini I’ve had. I bought one from a very swanky Benz dealership, and there’s been no buying experience I’ve had better than that. That said, each of those four Minis left my possession

But like all television characters, Guillermo is a fictional person played by Harvey Guillén...”

Now playing

Jack Black dancing in underwear is kind of on brand, imo (NSFW)

Yup. Evans’ interview abilities and the staff that help write the questions at Hot Ones has me watching every episode, even when it’s someone I have no idea who they are, or what they do (my pop culture blindspot for his guests really is the YouTube stars, ironically).

You know anyone in prison? What are they there for?
