DickPic Bezos is the one who left. It’s all on him. If the richest penis-selfie man on the planet can’t take the heat.. then good riddance.

DickPic Bezos is the one who left. New Yorkers did not chase him out. He was never even going to consider us in the first place, this was all an elaborate charade by DickPic.

If DickPic Bezos can’t take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. It isn’t the fault of NYC at all, not the fault of any of the protesters or politicians.

Those 25,000 jobs were but an illusion.  They would have dried up the same as the FOXCONN jobs. 

We didn’t lose any jobs. 

DickPic Bezos pays no taxes. Where would this BILLION in taxes come from? The magical “25,000" workers? Oh, right - that would happen laaaaater! DickPic Bezos would have found out a way to get NYC to keep giving him tax-free status and would have only taken from NYC.

The mandate that the workers be unionized WAS the reason they left. 

They never had them.   The jobs would have been Seattle transplants. 

NYC told them we wanted their workers to be unionized. Amazon said,” oh, hell no, we ain’t having any of that!”  and left. 

... because DickPic Bezos would oh, so gladly have paid out the billions to help fix the subways out of his good, pure heart.  Nope, what would have happened would be that he would provide shuttle buses to the apartment complexes in LIC to drive to the HQ2 site.  That’s about it. 

all 25,000 jobs would be have been forced relocations of people from Seattle. 

Polls taken by a self-professed Amazon employee too.  No.. no possible possibility of any sort of that could ever be postulated that the poll was .. hmm.. how shall we say...  “tweaked”?   Nope, all checks out here.

They wouldn’t have those jobs anyway. Corporate forced relocation is a thing. Also: there are literally no other “tech” jobs in NYC? All gone? We don’t have any?

Jeff would have happily paid 50 Billion dollars to bring in a vast team of international tunnel engineers to fix NYC’s subways and bridges in a year in order to ferry those 25,000 people around to his HQ!
