I think it’s important to not overthink the conversation. We always try to come up with the next thing to say, but we would all be better served by listening and responding intently to what the other is saying. Asking questions will always help to keep the flow going. The best dialogue is 50/50, with no awkward pauses.
Yes, i was going to say that too. Folding the flap in gives you extra thickness so it doesn't hurt your fingers. Also, you can tape the flap closed if you need a box with no holes in the future!
