I generally only really need lip balm in the winter. So I have at least 5 or 6 of various brands and I just keep one in all of my most frequently used jackets/coats/hoodies. It’s always a pleasant surprise when the weather turns cold and I find a Chapstick in my pocket, already waiting for me.

I loved taking melatonin; it worked really well on me for awhile. I cut my gummy “pills” down to 0.25mg doses with great success. This is a great idea! Definitely going to start doing this. I already have the habit of checking my always-on-hand shopping list (http://betterfasterlazier.kinja.com/create-an-alwa…), which has all the groceries I should be fully stocked on every week for my most frequently used recipes.

This is exactly why we bought a single story house after living in a two-story :-)
I create “way stations” at the entrances of most rooms. So instead of taking a pair of shoes all the way to my closet, I drop it off at the bedroom door. Kid’s stuff gets deposited at the hallway by their room. It makes it easier to get the common areas tidy, without getting sucked into tidying another room.
I’m the worse at switching off my brain to get to bed at night, so yeah, I’ve got a lot of nighttime rituals to coax me into stop-thinking mode. In addition to what’s already been mentioned here, I’d add the following:
