I just wish there was a way to grab the original full size image. I'm not even sure whether facebook stores the full size ones but that'd be really nice.

BBEdit - this was completely worth the money because of the amount of time it saved me with some of its features

This has quickly become one of my favorite Leopard features that I couldn't live without. I was using Tiger the other night on my macbook and found myself trying to use spotlight for some math.

QuickSilver isn't a launcher, but some people only use it for one. I used it the same way I used spotlight because it was faster.

I finally stopped using SilverKeeper (which hated me!). Now I'm using Time Machine and loving it. I also deleted QuickSilver because I only used it as an application launcher and spotlight makes a great, fast launcher now. I didn't have a virtual desktop program, because I was turned off of them from the awful

I prefer Adium, simply because I can do tons of customizations without paying a dime.

Does anyone know how to share a printer from a mac? I'd like to hook up a printer to a mac to share with other macs/PCs in the house..

I was going to wait but I decided to take advantage of the free iPod and printer promos. I got those for free and I'm reselling them. I'm going to pay for Leopard with the money I make on those.

Wow, great tip. For some reason I had no idea Finder had smart folders.

I have a 3G 10gb iPod that's still chugging along. It's not perfect but I'm surprised that it works at all.

Firefox is slow and a memory hog in OS X as well. Which is exactly why I use Camino on my mac.

I get a great discount through my employer (I think 20-25% with AT&T)... but I have an iPhone so I can't use it.

I like this tip! If only I could do something similar on my iPhone.

I'm always encouraging people to backup but people don't ever listen. I nearly lost all of my files after a hard drive crash this year, and I hear about a friend's hard drive dying at least once a month.

I've been using Google Docs for all of my note-taking for school because I can access my documents anywhere (very important to me) and because I can share with classmates. Otherwise, I use Microsoft Word. NeoOffice and OO don't work nearly as well on the Mac, IMO.

With this new redesign and their iPhone interface, I'm really debating switching back to Bloglines from Google Reader.

Shouldn't this work in other browsers as well?

I use recent documents all the time! When I'm at work, I switch between 10 or so documents during the day but I don't like to keep them open. I find it incredibly useful.

Great tip! My computer just forced me to shutdown earlier today. If only this tip was posted earlier!

I friend people I've met in person or who I've talked to a bit online and feel like I know. I won't add completely random people, though.
