It’s definitely fine to send medical supplies to another country in a pandemic, that’s what people should be doing, and china’s been returning the favor, but if you send supplies, you need to ramp up your inhouse production instead of blaming it on Obama.

I think that, in the abstract, wanting to help China slow the spread of the virus is defensible. But if you’re going to do it, a) Make sure when you do that you aren’t impairing our ability to do it too; and b) own that decision, don’t point fingers at everyone else when it doesn’t work out.
