3D Touch in the control center just expands the number of on/off toggles. But 3D Touch on the Settings app has been letting you get into the WiFi settings since iOS 10 rolled out. But I agree, a bit of a fail.

Perhaps I need to look more thoroughly at all the pics and videos, but so far I see not one hand actually leaning on the screen. Without palm rejection built into the screen and device (stylus or twisty knob), there is no way for a creative to actually use this.
