<3 My Doctor! Fantastic!

I hope you enjoy something! They all have more that their share of flaws, but I found them all very fun. Check out his IMDB page some time, he's had a number of great guest roles over the years, and several indy movies of variable quality. Cairo Time, in particular, was an excellent, if understated, romance that he

LOL. He's King Minos in Atlantis, & Al-Rahim (AKA "The Turk) in Da Vinci's Demons. He also had a major role in Primeval's 4th & 5th seasons.

He's currently a regular on two shows, but I agree that he would've been a fantastic Doctor.

Oh, I don't doubt that it was Moore's choice.

I've never been entirely sure what to make of that particular dichotomy. I've wondered if the idea of paying a woman for her writing was seen as enabling her impropriety, while enjoying a story about a strong fantasy woman could be a little titillating…

Why should his blue shirt mean the medical doctor should be well versed in the history of 21st century Earth? That's like saying the security officer should be well versed in engineering because he wears gold.

You are my new hero.

CL Moore's "Black God's Kiss" was published in Weird Tales in 1934; the first in her fantastic (in both senses of the word) series "Jirel of Joiry".

Sid would be on my list. He's just excellent in Syriana, Spooks, & 24, not to mention some of his indy work.

And for the record, I did read the review before commenting. In fact, I read it twice.

I was only shocked because (at the time) the review was dated November 7th, so it looked like it had been up for days with no commentary. My post wasn't meant as any sort of criticism.

I didn't imagine this crowd could have nothing to say, so I was quite confused. When I commented, the article's date was listed as the 7th, to add to my confusion!

This article says that Marvel has "named" Goddard as Daredevil's writer, but the linked source says nothing of the sort. In fact, it explicitly states that they are in negotiations.

Wow. NO comments? I think the review is gorgeous and it really sums up my reaction to this episode. Not exactly an insightful reply on my part. Perhaps there is no commentary because no one knows what to say.

This episode suffered from a case of horror-movie-itis, in which far too many people were making far too many absolutely idiotic decisions. The over-abundance of morons is THE reason that I tend to avoid the genre. It's particularly egregious in a situation like this, where these people have been dealing with the

LOL. I'm in an organization that cosplays for a local theater on a lot of genre movie opening weekends. In exchange for our time and effort, we get to watch the movies for free.

I thought Eccleston was completely wasted on a one-note villain, but the movie was still so much fun that I stayed to watch it a second time. I found it emotional and funny, if not exactly thrilling. Thor and Loki were pitch perfect, Darcy and Selvig were hysterical, and I didn't want to feed Jane to a bilgesnipe

Sid is the only reason I know this show exists!
