Two things:

Totally, and it was an amazing gamble and call, production-wise. How anti-climactic would that have been if the confetti came down after the officials reviewed it? Instead, whoever dropped it hit a WWE-style, picture perfect cue, and it’ll make the image even more iconic as the years go on.

Can I nominate the Mets rotation to be tacked onto that list, too?

Sigh. Endy Chavez’s catch.

Guys, don’t go too hard on Gluttonous Guy. Society beats this kind of thinking into people, so it’s hard not to fall victim to it.

I’m just offended he paid $60 for it. Dude, sign up for the WWE Network trial for a month and it’s free. But I guess when you make millions like the Pope, you can afford to pay the cable subscriber premium.

Bayley/Asuka had the impossible task of following Zayn/Nakamura, so it deserves to get a bit of a reprieve.

I think the Battle Royal has a far more satisfying finish to it than any of the three big matches. Corbin going over was a great use of the match to potentially make a new star (and Corbin is my JAM! Totally has converted me in the last six months).

I’m only starring this because I was friendly with Ilana in HS, and she’s awesome.

Counterpoint: You are wrong and have no soul.

or alternatively:

I was about to ask you the same thing. I don’t even know why I’m responding, but the idiotic comment I responded to was that the Royals “utterly pantsed” the Mets. Just because it’s a five-game series doesn’t mean one team blew away another, something anyone who has eyes and watched the World Series can tell you. I

Except nothing was thrown at anyone. If you look at the screen grab up top, the ball is literally even with the inside line of the batter’s box when it goes by Escobar.

I picked Game 4 to go to. Fuckin’ Murphy (but really, Clippard).

“[B]ut this is a good reminder that Most Annoying Team in Missouri is a closer race that most will acknowledge.”

LOL “utterly pantsed.” Wouldn’t really call “trailing all game and staging amazing, late inning comebacks” as utterly pantsing a team, but whatever.

This is the second time in six months he’s tried to talk himself out of getting relief, both with disastrous results.

If this picture doesn’t just encapsulate everything about the Jets’ coaching change post-2014 season, I don’t know what does.

And you obviously forgot all the awesome players the Nets have!
