We obviously know what this is. Idiots who pay an arm and a leg 81-games get pissed when seats in their section can be had for $30 a pop on a Wednesday against the Twins. And it’s hilarious that the Yankees care, because basically 90 percent of their lower bowl is “premium” seating, and NO ONE SITS IN THEM. Seriously.

I know there’s a lot of snark about religion on Gawker media, but this is how a true Christian and a deeply religious person acts. Love, forgive. My thoughts are with both families, and man, I admire the heck out of Monty Williams.

Yes, with just over two minutes left in the game, that’s a silly move at the blue line, but it’s P.K. Subban, man. This guy is scary good, and every once and a while, play-making defensemen (and forwards, for that matter) are going to get caught trying to make something happen.

You want to know what George Steinbrenner would have looked like if he was Russian and never have Gene Michael to make him look good? Like this.

“But what if he makes an even better catch in the NFL? He won’t have any room for it!”

For years, it has driven me nuts that referees will call both a penalty and a dive. By nature, it’s either a penalty, or it’s not. I know that the NHL changed the penalty from “diving” to “embellishment” just for that reason, but it still made me crazy.

Think about all the amazing takes on the potential 162 game hitting streak. One single per game for a 162 hit season? Oh, man. That’s 100 less than the single season record Ichiro set in 2004. Imagine Chris Russo screaming about how you broke the streak in a completely average season. “HE DIDN’T EVEN DO SOMETHING GARY

Same. I’m 31, and watched the trial pretty much every day with my grandpa. But as a fifth/sixth grader, there’s only so much you can care, so I’m loving the mini series. My wife is two years (three grades) younger than me, and she’s even more captivated. The only experience she really remembers was seeing the verdict

Is it really fair to say the East is weak and the Metropolitan is weaker? The Capitals would have a double digit lead in three of the four divisions, and have an eight point lead over the Hawks for the President’s Trophy with five games in hand. Not to mention that the Rangers would be tied for first in the Pacific,

Nigel Hayes: majoring in sarcasm.

LOL same!

I’d like to ask Mushnick in what universe did Odell Beckham, Jr. cost the Giants a playoff spot? I watched every Giants game this year (and I’m a Jets fan. What can I say? My wife likes the Giants and it’s nice to see a functioning football franchise from time to time), and I guess I missed the part where Beckham

After reading through the comments, maybe another one should be: “If they take a general advice blog post way too personally.”

All the stars for the New Day GIF.

Bad internet comments are actually the worse. I have found in my own experience that, as much as I think they don’t bother me, they do, especially when it’s on your own work. It’s human nature to focus more on the bad than the good, and your brain is far less discerning when taking that negativity into account. So

Literally every single person in my family/circle of friends (myself included) who has bought Not Your Father’s Root Beer has had one or two from the six pack, then given the rest away.

So here’s the thing: I really don’t know what this means for the Mets’ finances. I imagine that there isn’t many people outside of Fred and Jeff Wilpon, and Saul Katz that really know.
