Meh, only 11 of them are overtime losses, try again.
lol.
awww is the impotent little conservative having a sad? waaaaaa. um, you conzis suck the teat, not us workers who are liberal. You’re welcome. xoxox.
Lol, thank goodness we have you to decide what is and isn’t a “valid” compelling public interest! Why don’t you defenestrate your pompous self and maybe actually learn how sad constitutional law is when it comes to the government doing whatever it wants, including lowballing these mouthbreathers on their worthless…
It is actually 10, fucknut.
Wow, not even a little shocked he managed to cram in a racist term to his hysterical anti-women crap.
Oh gawd, you are boring and dumb. For fucks sake, his addiction seems like a pretty compelling reason to get out of his life and NOT BE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO MAKE HEALTH CARE DECISIONS. Also, a good reason not to WANT SOMEONE WHO ABANDONED YOU DURING YOUR ADDICTION STRUGGLES TO CONTROL YOUR HEALTH CARE CHOICES. Now,…
Oh, you know for sure they “love” each other and want to be married? Why sign divorce papers then? That seems counter productive. Yes, my civilized state, where the law is different because each state has their own probate code, but I am merely pointing out that legally it doesn’t make sense that this is the case in…
Ok great, do you have a cite for the statute or case law that shows when a divorce is effective in CA? Also, everything I saw, in my cursory glance at CA law, states that an advance healthcare directive is nullified by divorce. So yeah, this is odd, and probably not true, is my point. Where are the sources? Would it…
Right, but legally, in my state they would not be. Even if the divorce wasn’t ratified, but the papers were signed, by act of law she would not have the legal ability to make decisions for a former spouse. Like I said. I am sorry you don’t seem to understand. My point is that I am surprised that this is real.
I fail to see how someone who has signed divorce papers is still responsible for the medical decisions of a soon to be former spouse. At least in my state, any legal documents made prior to a divorce are invalidated by a divorce between the spouses. This seems wrong.
I look forward to her being awarded tons of $. Fuck Xtians (at least american style ones)
“most liberal”. el oh el.
Dan FTW.
