Actually low fat dairy products have the most sugar, emulsifiers, corn starches and artificial flavors added compared to any normal fat foods.

I’m sure you’re right. I’m not a big fan of milk in general, but to me, low or slim fat milk just tastes like watered down whole milk. I was thinking more in terms of yogurt or sour cream-type dairy products.

I disagree. Low-fat dairy tends to have a ton of fillers to give it the same “mouthfeel” as full-fat. And full-fat satiates you more, so you, should, theoretically, eat less than the low-fat versions.

Let me try to convert you. Coconut oil has a higher ‘smoke point’ so that your popcorn is less likely to be burned. Also, after you have used coconut oil for a while, olive oil seems slightly bizarre on popcorn. As though it were covered in salad dressing.
