People think they are good at telling when others lie, but very few are. Tests have shown that it is much easier to concentrate on facts to find flaws when you read stuff than when someone tells it to you.

For the most part it hasn’t been Hamas shooting rockets from Gaza but smaller groups like Islamic Jihad. Since these are extremely primitive rockets made in a garage with a steel pipe and some fertilizer it’s extremely hard to prevent. Israel still takes the opportunity to bomb Hamas rather than those responsible.

Maybe Trump was promised safe haven in China if things start to get too hot in USA? China is one of few countries strong enough to refuse to hand him over.

Israel has already been bombing Syria on a regular basis for a long time. It seems they are just waiting for Syria to strike back so they can get an excuse to go full scale invasion of Syrian and Lebanon. In that scenario it is convenient if USA attacks Iran to keep them out of it.

Bolton has already threatened that any company doing business with Iran will be punished in USA. Given the choice between the two markets I think most companies will choose USA so USA can impose sanctions for most of the world.

Giuliani was the hero of 9/11 in the same way Hilary Clinton was the hero of Benghazi.

I find it more worrying that Giuliani talks about having support from Trump for “regime change” in Iran.
