Except that I doubt the typical Incel has the income needed to buy one.

I saw the Cybertruck referred to as the IncEl Camino and that’s how I will forever think of it.

As the son of a narcissist I can tell you with a great deal of confidence that narcissists are rarely truly self-aware.

You know what. I’m actually going to praise Musk here. From 2016 on, every single news story was about what some orange dude was fart posting on Twitter.

You can’t run any companies if you spend all your time being an edgelord on your circling the drain social network.

I’m pretty sure that at this point, the only things he’s proven to be good at are risky investments, obtaining investment cash, and shit posting online.

...even NASA fell this guy’s confidence game. That Starship will never go to the moon, let alone Mars.

would build one mile of tunnel per week

Every time I drive through a tunnel (or over a bridge, both very frequently) I always think, I wish they could have done this faster and maybe just a touch more questionably.

You just dig a big hole and shove people through it, amirite? What’s the big deal? We’re disrupting things, start digging.

I can’t imagine why tunnel engineers would be more conservative. Seems like an industry rife with opportunities for pushing the envelope for occupant safety.

This. Every bit this. I learned to drive a stick in a 5sp Honda accord from 1988, in the smokey mountains. (FYI, please don’t do that to your children. Its mean).

I stared and stared and didn't see it until I noticed the license plate niche is wider.

not a Vette fan but at $7500 I’d roll my dice. - a quick glance at (running) comps shows them selling at $32k+ - even if you had to sink another 15-20k into it, after you’ve had some fun with it, you’d still see a decent profit when you flipped it.

Ok yes I agree in part with you, but this is not some liberal semi facism thing. It’s just selective outrage, and it’s common to both conservatives and liberals, meaning everyone. Don’t try to make it more than it is with your own personal bias. That’s how we become divided on issues we all actually agree on to turn

Bentley needs to be more like Koenigsegg and build a car that’s so slow it only needs a one-speed transmission. Very irresponsible.

We have reached the point of capitalism where we’re literally out here donating money to corporations for no reason.

All insurance is trash, so it’s hard to just point the finger at Tesla here. And I’m curious if it’s actually “Tesla” insurance or if they’re just white-labeling a third-party provider.

LOL, about 1% of buyers can even wring out a regular GT with traction control disabled.

you mean, “ruin PEDESTRIANS lives”
