Sometimes doing things the right way, with quality, requires that you ease into it. I just hope they can ease fast enough to keep these investors on board. People are used to comprised products, but investors are not used to compromised progress.

Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning founded Tesla and made the plans for the S, 3, X, and Y. Elon just bought it, declared himself founder, and then doodled a CyberTruck. These new vehicles are not happening. The genius behind Tesla was never Elon.

First they killed the EV1 and now they kill the Bolt. I can’t say that I’m surprised. I bet the rest of the auto industry is taking notes on how they can duplicate this same feat with their own EV offerings. Then they can go back to the ICE-age tech that makes them so much money.

So many people wounded worse by police don’t get half a million. This man stuck his hand in a car door. How is he more worthy of a payout?

So now that we’ve trashed the Earth, Mr Save The Planet is targeting the moon?

The real heroes of Tesla are Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning. Unfortunately they ran out of money and brought Elon in. Then in a story as old as Silicon Valley, the money man took everything and declared himself king.

That was bad, but also par for the course on the backdrop of automotive recall history. From Suzuki’s that flip over to BMW’s that burn, airbags that explode, and Jaguars that Jaguar. It's a wild industry.

Panel gaps are straight forward when you’ve been building cars for the past 60+ years and have a long catelog of parts, platforms, designs, and processes to pull from. Tesla had none of that but unlike the only comparably young car companies out there, they couldn’t sit back and hand build it all. Of course Elon’s end

Just don't go to work with that on your clothes...

Cars are expensive. My Jeep needs $900 in tires. I can't imagine what people without tow truck money do. I'm guessing that they just drive until the tires blow up. Kind of like this person driving until the transmission fails. They probably could have saved it by getting it serviced.

Ehh, hypermilers are far less likely to cause traffic fatalities. If you run into something that is in front of you, 9 times out of 10 it’s because you were going too fast and not paying enough attention. Slow drivers are annoying, but if you drive responsibly, they are not going to kill you.

Someone needs to find this kid and “defend themselves.”

You should work on your reading comprehension skills. 🤦🏾‍♂️

It’s not just the pay.

The majority of us give everything to our employers. Including our health.

They just want their participation trophy for failing black America again. The next 6 years are going to really suck.

Luxury is defined by costs relative to the market. Everything else is a matter of preference.

This is ICE-age thinking in a post asteroid impact world. Dinosaur fueled antiques will be banned from cities around the world in as little as 13 years from now. Funding the development of doomed relics is a fools errand. The future is electric.
