Why are you choosing to play PC games at 30FPS?

(Also, I use a 4K TV as my primary monitor for my PC.  Rendering games in less than 4K is pretty ugly, too.)

If they’re the developer, sure.

For what it’s worth, 4K benefits everyone, too.  If you connect a One X to a 1080P TV, it super-samples the 1080 render for better picture quality.

it’ll do 4k at 60fps, that would already be an astonishing achievement in the price frame given but even that is unlikely

It’s not marketing claims from Microsoft, though. In a sufficiently simple scene, the 360 could have rendered 8K60.

It’s always about the frame rate - resolution - scene complexity triangle. For a given hardware set-up, you get a set amount of performance you have to divide between those three sides.

It’s MS’s job to

It’s cool, but I play World of Warcraft more than anything.  Show me that ported to a next-gen system, and I’m there.

I watched actual games last week.  Developed to be played.

We’re thinking about how much better this multiplat engine will look on the Series X =)

I’ll be buying both eventually, so I’m not worried about it.

The reality is that cancer is all around us.

The folks who are ‘actual’ simps (trying to ‘nice guy’ their way into attention, either through cringe-y comments or $$$) are walking on the incel tightrope, and are always in danger of flipping and being abusive toward women for not responding to them as they think they

Best way to get a deal on a car: Go in with your own financing, and know what the car costs before getting to the lot.

I got ‘The Walk’ at my previous employer.

This is where the whole ‘no work / life’ balance thing came back and saved me in the end- all of my documents were saved in my personal One Drive because I was expected to be available whenever they needed, but they didn’t provide any cloud storage.

At my current gig, I am the

Probably zilch. 80% of the bad reviews came from like .001% of the fanbase.

It wasn’t my favorite by a mile, but it was fine, and I have 10 tickets for opening night.

Cinemark’s Movie Club avoids those fees.

Just got 10 tickets for the dead center of the theater for 10:35 opening night.

I love Cinemark’s Movie Club. Big discounts, no fees for buying online, and assigned seats.

It’s a joking reference from a song I like.  I don’t care too much about making bad decisions, so I drive a 2016 Fiat 500x I bought used.

Most places? Maybe some places in the Midwest, if you already have perfect credit.

That $50K is going to turn into $40K after taxes, and even in a cheap-ass place like Akron, Ohio, it’s going to run you like $36K for two adults for a year if you *only* pay bills and buy groceries and household necessities.

And that’s

Yes, and the median household is like 2.3 people.

Median wage for a single person in the U.S. is like $34K.

There are very, very few people that have the ability or discipline to make $34K and put 7K away.

And half of us make less than that.

I don’t know about ‘harder to use’- you either know how to use it or you don’t.

How to get out of debt:
1) Earn several (4x-6x) the median wage while living a ‘middle class’ lifestyle.

Or, you could just keep using Index Match. I don’t understand why anyone would ever jump through the hoops of vlookup.
