I disagree. I play both, and it takes more skill to aim and build at the same time.

In PubG the terrain never changes. In Fortnight you could be shooting at someone and then all of a sudden you have to adjust your aim because your on a slanted slope that someone built in front of you or under you.

Fortnight asks you

“but the skill ceiling seems to be very low compared to PUBG”

I also find those numbers suspicious. They claim they don’t include Game Pass members, but also don’t straight up say there were 2M copies sold. It says 2M people played the game. It’s worded very carefully to create a lot of wiggle room on what they actually mean.

Yeah I cancelled my Game Pass trial before being charged. Sea of Thieves was fun (ish) for a few hours.. and I definitely experienced a PC hacker absolutely destroy our entire team/boat in seconds, solo.

Glitching/lagging all over the place, but still somehow would one-shot all of us (more than once after rezzing)

Meh kinda feel bad for him. Dude was just trying to rap along. slipped up and now he’s gonna get destroyed by people. I don’t think he was trying to be a racist and honestly that should be kinda obvious. but no matter how it was intended it’s going to get taken out of context and skewed and twisted until he’s vilified

Free speech means that you have the right to sing the lyrics of a song, even if some people feel like you shouldn’t be allowed to.

“Ban” is a stretch. Second-hand media chains like CEX happily carry unrated titles, and I’d be surprised if brick and mortar game shops do more business than Amazon anyway (especially for niche titles).

Sure, but that’s why they’re not allowed to buy rated M games. Besides that, there’s still no correlation between video games and violence.

I love how, even now, people are grasping at anything they can think of to cover this guy’s lies.

I’m very curious as to why companies like Blizzard and Valve are partnering with Facebook in the first place. Because of all the people I know, the least likely to actually have a Facebook account and/or use it are gamers.

People are flashing Pepes because Seagull says Feels Good Man / Feels Bad Man all the time, not because he’s a hate symbol. Sometimes you confuse me, Kotaku.

Whether or not you like the meme or not, Uganda Knuckles isn’t a racist meme. Imitating an accent does not mean someone is pretending to be dominant over another race. This is an excellent video on the topic.

It’s not.

It certainly won’t get me to sign up for Facebook. I mostly watch Twitch for the smaller streamers though. I don’t care about the actual professional esports scene. I find it hard to believe Facebook would destroy Twtich over esports.

I’m getting tired of this notion of things that are “un-fun” needing to be drastically changed. Unless something is completely broken, learn to play against it. Mercy’s rez is powerful, yeah. But I can’t even count how many times a rez from her has been unimpactful or how many times I just rekilled someone moments

I respect your position but I respectfully disagree. I wrote this long winded screed on it but instead I want to get to the heart of the matter by asking you three questions for the sake of clarification:

Been a Mercy/Dva main since I started in season 5. I enjoy playing as her and enjoy the fact that if you play well as her it can be the deciding factor in the game.

The only support I like to play as is Mercy. If someone else is healing? I’ll still play as Mercy. She’s my first pick every time. The first time I picked up the game. The very first match I ever played was as Mercy and I also got Play of the Game by shutting down a Hanzo mid Ult fire.

At least one of Snow’s teammates does want to see Mercy get completely removed. “I think that character should be deleted. I’m not a big fan of her,” said Connor “Avast” Prince. His reasons will sound familiar to any Mercy devotee: “The problem with Mercy is, at her core, she has a rez mechanic. If you ask me, that’s

Little things add up. There have been multiple instances of misinformation or obfuscated mechanics about systems designed to throttle progression/collection in this game. Given that it’s a full-priced game with DLC that’s paid most of its attention to microtransactions, all those little things paint the picture of
