Blacks kill more Blacks than anyone else and black people commit more violent crimes than all other races combined.
This is the only reason why people and police are extra-cautious it has nothing to do with racism and everything to do with actual facts in the real world.

This is pure bullshit half the anime looks like a bad video game. Also they already changed several things to make it tamer which should NOT be the aim at all. I disagree with almost everything in this review and was shocked how bad the new anime actually is.
