Needs more Carrot Top.
I was hoping this was going to turn into an article about Itasha.
Go find one to drive.
Just stop on top of one if you need to stop.
I’m just imagining the guy accidentally pulling the bike over, or the strap whipping off the wheel and smacking him in the face.
Proof that being a lady doesn’t automatically mean you know what every other lady is about? It was designed by women after all, seemingly to meet the perceived needs and wants of women drivers.
Maybe they’ll try making women for cars next.
What I like in a vintage car is honesty. It’s why I don’t like most old American cars. They’re chintzy, over-adorned in chrome and pointless ornamentation. Or modern cars, where any detail which may remind the driver that the car is a machine needs to be hidden behind plastic. The more a car’s inside looks like its…
Figuratively is a word which is literally more interesting that “literally”.
“Check out this twincharged engine swapped mazda RX7"
They’re a pretty cute couple.
It’s now my turn to write “that’s not what I’m saying”.
Except it’s not the reality of the situation, except for a small minority of exceptionally stupid, bigoted people, who are only of concern to those wishing to engage in supercilious ostentation, for the sake of looking sensitive and smart to people on the internet. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Only somebody who is incredibly stupid would think “I don’t like car culture because Jeremy Clarkson makes bad jokes”.
Yeah but what you’re saying is that the “average person” is a complete moron and an asshole too. Do you really think people are that stupid?
When asked that way, it is a real question. When stated that it did have an effect, and asking how they feel about it, it’s a loaded question. You seem to want it to have been a thing, instead of just wanting to know if it was a thing.
Also Clarkson is fat, and he himself sees this as characteristic of being American.
Jeremy got sacked for punching somebody. The other two left because their contracts expired (and they still do work for the BBC). So I’m not sure what you’re expecting them to feel about something that didn’t happen.
It’d be ok if a man bought this car though, right?
