A couple of the photos show focal plane distortion of the wheels which would indicate the car was at least moving when the pictures were taken, and not simply a static photo of a car superimposed on a background.

It’s a pretty straightforward process, it’s not like swapping in new brake hoses or bleeding the system. If one has a high enough IQ to learn how to change a lightbulb, they can probably figure out putting new brake pads in.

Properly designed, an intersection can safely handle far more traffic than that without any stop signs or traffic lights. Although it also helps if the drivers aren’t Californian. Watch the video and learn.
