You know I think it’s a probability that excluding war situations, guns have always killed more people than they’ve saved.

There have been. And yet, they’re extremely uncommon, and even when done with intent, it’s very difficult for the driver to kill more than a handful of people.
I’m not seeing anything higher than 18 deaths on that list. They also don’t seem to happen that frequently. The guy in Jerusalem injured 45, not killed 45.
Well you obviuosly don’t think it’s important since you’re not going to look anyway. I don’t have to spoonfeed an adult who’s pretending they care.
Not really. Because you’d have a hard time killing 50 people with a car, without hatching some sort of overly elaborate plot. The efficiency of one tool for killing vs. another definitely weighs in on how we should treat them.
Really? When was the last time a single car killed 50 people in one incident? Even with intent, that’d be pretty damn hard to do.
If anybody really wants to break the law they will break the law. But we still make laws. Saying it’s stupid to make laws because somebody will just go and break them is asinine.
Cars don’t exist to kill things. Guns (aside from some amusement park toys and such) exist to kill things. I’m not sure why people pretend otherwise. Sure I can use a sword to slice a salami, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a deadly weapon.
I’m not sure what you want. I’m not going to use my time making screencaps or something. If you’re so concerned, you shouldn’t have a problem just reading the threads.
Yeah, check the replies to this story. Sorry if that wasn’t clear.
Tell you what?
Just poke around enough you’ll see it. I’m kind of tired of people being far more concerned about their supply of toys than about human beings.
Actually people have been improving cars for decades to make them safer for people. Because the government and industry realized cars had been a lot less safe for people than they could be. So they made new laws and changed cars themselves to make people safer.
But somebody might take away their toys! How will they enjoy being alive if somebody takes their toys away?
I’m more referencing some of the comments made in response to the article rather than the article itself. ;3
Oh ok. I’m sure that’s it.
Nobody with a life cares.
I’m always a bit suspicious of people who love guns a lot more than they love people.
Well if he is a criminal, he most certainly would have to have guns, as the NRA tells us, if we make any laws against having guns, only criminals will have them.
Possible right hook? Car turned across motorcyclist’s path? Or possibly just merged into them. Really common car-bike collision.
