I personally don't consider mechwarrior a table top game. It's a use-your-imagination RPG. When I think table top I think counters and boards and maps and crap. Not too much of that in Mechwarrior from what i remember just old school imagination stuff.

In Diablo 2, folks were respec'ing and dumping pts into higher level skills and/or not using skill pts at all early on to dump them in higher skills and that 'felt bad' as far as character development.

I love how these companies can't decide how their product is sold... they are either selling me the media or the license. I'm just bored with it. Haven't played in a month or two. I know it's not SWG but the SWG crafting side of things kept me addicted for a long time. This TOR crafting system, wherever they borrowed it from (WoW or whatever) is very simple, but I guess that's what appeals to the masses.

RDR's ending stuck with me for a week. No video game/movie/book has done that to me before. I was mad/sad but ultimately you are right. It ended the only way it could.

Yeah I don't understand why people don't just realize that, except in rare cases, your body is a reflection of your discipline and ability to consume less energy than you expend. It really is that simple.
