While I thought this was one of the stronger episodes this season I've found that the writers sometimes take shortcuts that shortchange the story, logic, or character development. So while they want to make a point about Lucy's relationship with her parents, no home I know of would leave a glaring empty space with a

Interesting, I think sometimes Chip needs a second or third look at something to see it clearer sometimes. E.G. The bridge.

This episode underachieved for me, especially after the surreal and character building episode last week: Popcorn, but I enjoyed seeing the boss again

Was wondering about the review of Popcorn as well. Thanks for the link to your article.

Just when I wanted to quit you Baskets, you pull me back in.

Comparing 30 mins to 33 days of being trapped talking to a difficult person came across as ill-compared and unfunny to me. Especially the cultural and national celebration. It came off as more exploitative than funny.

it is always good to see Tom and I just noticed the bit of salad Josh and Lucy ate with their Ranch dressing. Ha!

Glad to see the show being reviewed again.

I hope she does voice on the new series.

Thank you for everything Mr. Wilder. One of the largest impressions you made on me was as the voice of Letterman.

There were nice turns in the finale but I felt like it ended with a bit of a whimper with the dropped loose ends like Beth/Chair. I did worry that Dodo was going to take Beth's baby. I did groan when I saw Harriet Tubman and her hype man appear again, the season opener could have been stronger. The historical doff of

Agreed, I never shared the like for Michael Ian Black before Another Period, and the Jim Gaffigan Show.

I'm a little sad about this. While I completely understood why he used "project" to describe his children in the decision not to continue the show, I thought the word was a bit clumsy and impersonal.

I have to say that this was better than 2 Lava 2 Lantula.

I really enjoyed Cedric's depiction of Joplin/Kayne. It was especially smart that Cedric "The Entertainer" would play Joplin composing the song "The Entertainer". Kudos to the show, and thank you for that. It was even funny, for me, when the ladies introduced what would become Scat and Jazz to the world but were

This was the season finale? This was a series of clips. Oh my goodness, a review of the series in a finale? This was not enjoyable and the sister conflict was disappointing and a bit awkward. The intent of the show did not connect with the delivery.
