Shout out to “Where the shadows Lie” sung so eerily by Fionna Apple over the end credits. I have found this show so uneven, sometimes brilliant, sometimes community theatre acting. Still, overall it was a treat to spend some time in Tolkien’s world. 

I hope they release it all at once. The first season was brutal to watch one week at a time. I feel like one episode would end mid-sentence and next confusingly pick right up. Great show but really a six hour movie you should be able to watch on your own terms. I guess that's not really the apple way though.
