FWIW, I think that this is a reflection that this is a formal and official acknowledgement for Diana in some ways. She's wearing her tiara to emphasise that she's there as 'Princess Diana'.

I'm not surprised to see that DC have changed at least one version of the Wonder Woman armour to reflect the movie version. It reminds me of the soft reboot of Iron Man that Marvel Comics carried out to make the art, the characters and their roles more closely match the film once it became clear it was a hit.
That's one thing I like about the comicsverse Diana: She doesn't have a 'secret identity' - Wonder Woman is just the title that goes with an aspect of Princess Diana's publicly declared duties.
An ultra-high-tech Dymo labeller, because nothing is too technologically-augmented for Tony Stark!
So, anyone still sticking with Elite: Dangerous to see if the Aliens is really coming?
I tried that one exactly once. The holy man (my only one) got wiped out on the second attempted conversion and that was it for that game as it was literally impossible to progress the game any further without him and given the lack of gold in my starting area!
I'm currently finishing off the Horsemen quest and also trying to get as many unique weapons and armour as possible. However, yeah, after I finish the eighteenth and last Horseman mission, I'll probably quit and either start a new vault or just find a different way to waste away my life! ;-)
Fallout Shelter and Kerbal Space Program. Maybe a touch of Minecraft if I've got the time.
Ultimately, all it takes one idiot to make one dumb decision.
My feeling is that it was because World War I, lacking the clear moral arguments of World War II, fitted better the 'pointless bloodbath caused by supernatural malignancy' template.
I think that was deliberate. Ares is clearly meant to be an out-of-left-field last reel surprise.
I agree that an Escape from New York remake is pointless as the whole original film rides on Kurt Russell's unforgettable Snake Pliksen. A new movie version of Little Shop of Horrors would be interesting just to see what a new cast and crew would do with the original musical, score and concept but would probably…
You don't have to show a villain personally breaking heads to make him effective. You just make it clear that he's a living nightmare and literally everyone is either terrified of him or hates him to the point that they're willing to do anything to kill him.
I can honestly see Thanos frowning and then muttering: "Dude… Not cool."
Huh. Obviously Jackson's ambitions have dulled somewhat of late!
My hope is that they look at this from a solidly characterisation viewpoint:
IMO, Blade strikes me as working best with a 'dark and gritty' team-up with the likes of Ghost Rider, Punisher and the like. The problem is that neither of those characters have ever been realised well on screen and I suspect Snipes is getting a bit old to reprise the character. That would demand a reboot/relaunch…
They did have a tendency in that series to set up serious characterisation arcs then get bored with them and stop following them up.
Yeah, Sarah Michelle Gellar thought that they should have used Xander more too, especially after Angel was moved to his stand-alone series.
It's a conspiracy! A conspiracy I tell you! *Puts on tin-foil hat and cowers under his bed*
