Sadly, it didn't make the top 5 I assume. I'm never without my passport size - front insert is the yearly calendar, back insert is grid style notebook and the brass and leather pen clip holds my Pure Malt pen which just happened to be as tall as the notebook.

We asked Japanese friends about this before going to Tokyo (our 25th anniv. trip) and they said the same thing: Japanese would consider it rude to draw attention to how you're eating at all. Do whatever makes you happy and enjoy the meal.
