I’ve known about the issues with the powershift transmission in both the Fiesta and Focus since their preproduction stages because i drove them at that stage at a previous job we all complained about how the trans performed, but to my knowledge at the time nothing was ever really done. The issues felt most apparent in

I thought that was only optional though. The base sound system was the engine.

Dang it Stef i was trying to block the finger being in the shot from my memory!

They did film it in portrait so its not that surprising.

Like sure we can place it different thanks to tech, but if it isn’t broke why does it need to be fixed.

Now see that actually makes sense.

I've never fully understood why recently auto manufacturers feel the need to reinvent something that has barely changed over the course of probably 70-80 years. And add to that that each manufacturer is doing it slightly differently.

This one really went deep i feel.

Stow and gone tho.

The other caravans lower grill makes it kinda look like its making this face :0

My guess is about the same.

Really he got off lucky. My high school auto shop teacher told a story once of a guy he knew that did exactly that and burned the entire side of his face. Of course its entirely possible he did that to get the point across that you don't open that hot, because one of the safety videos he made us watch involved eye

But will i feel as high as a kite when i drive it?

As i see it, its more the end of an iconic name. The original Type 1 has been gone for some time now. Maybe one day VW will bring the Beetle back as a rear motored rear wheel drive EV.

It looks all clean and tidy and i for one like the red body with gold wheels, after all beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Unfortunately I'll only beholding this thing in pictures because that price is way too high. CP.

To much for too many miles along with a hard to source windshield that needs to be replaced. CP

Actually when i think about growing up my parents had an 87 Caravan (swb, so not the grand caravan even) and there was 4 of us kids growing up. Some how only needing to tow a maybe 8ft utility trailer we could go camping in a big old school canvas tent (2 room as i recall) with cots that were designed to work as bunk

As far as i know Plymouth was more so meant to be the lower end where as Dodge was mid-range and Chrysler was higher end.

This. Some people just can't understand that financially speaking its not worth the amount of effort required. Way cheaper to just put more signs in and a bar in front of the bridge to protect it.

It was a trim level of the of the K-car based LeBaron, so a LeBaron Town and Country convertible.
