I was about to say, homes in my TX neighborhood easily fetch 35-40k more than a comp WITHOUT a pool.  Given the crazy costs of pools, it’s a relative bargain.

We went from a 2018 F150 Platinum FX4 to the Denali. While we only have 1 kid, we have 5 nephews/niece, and having to rotate out who got to go on what trip was becoming a PITA.

I tried to do my part and convince the wife we needed one for the family road-trip vehicle.  I failed miserably though, and we ended up with a 2019 Yukon Denali.

Will Toyota ever release a next generation 4runner?  My wife loves the TRD Pros, but can’t stand how absolutely ancient the 4runner feels inside.

I think I can top EVERYONE... I had my 1996 Pontiac Grand Am(first car) painted Viper Bright Yellow from Maaco when I was 16............... They only painted the exterior, so door jams, under the hood, trunk, etc were all this horrendous shade of green. Oh, and I put Cartman and Stan Southpark masks on the headrests.…

This, so much this!!!! I have a Nitrous Blue RS and Ruby Red Metallic F-150, I can’t stand grayscale. 

I live in Houston, and the Teslas are EVERYWHERE. I think we are up to around 5-6 Model X’s in my neighborhood, along with 2340985u2389052 Model S’s and 3's. I did see a brand new M760i yesterday, and I nearly broke my neck trying to get a glance.
